Before he met Emqopter at the event start up beer garden in 2017, Marvin Bihl was working in audit, consulting and as an analyst in financial service. Marvin was immediately sparked with the idea of flying robots as allrounders in civil applications. Only two weeks later he joined the team and is now general manager (fin.) of one of the leading drone tech companies with focus on precise environment awareness, efficient signal processing and reliable autonomous flight control for drones in industrial applications. In 2018 Emqopter caused a sensation by developing the Delivery Drone which was the first unmanned aerial system to be regularly operated in urban unregulated air space in Germany. In 2023, Emqopter once again underlined its innovation strength with the introduction of the world´s first universal drone port. Airspace offers tremendous unused potential for the logistics of the future.
